PRI measures outpatient customer satisfaction using Press-Ganey survey tools. These survey patients on the likelihood of recommending radiology services and overall satisfaction.

Referring Physician Satisfaction

Satisfaction surveys are obtained to allow referring physicians to rate our performance on several measures. Based on the most recent survey performed, over 93% of referring physicians indicated that PRI services meet or exceed their expectations for radiology services.
